Omnivia Academy provides digital curriculum and educational services. By enrolling, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you are authorized to act on behalf of any enrolled student. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate enrollment at our discretion where permitted by law.
3. Your Account & Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, to use the platform for lawful educational purposes only, and not to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the platform or its content.
4. Use of the Platform
You may access course materials, tools, and resources provided through Omnivia Academy for your personal, non-commercial educational use. You may not copy, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission. Content is made available to enrolled students only and remains protected by copyright and other applicable laws.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Omnivia Academy to transmit unlawful, harmful, harassing, or defamatory material; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform; or to interfere with the security or operation of the platform. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.
6. Third-Party Services & APIs
Omnivia Academy integrates with third-party services to deliver video, media, and educational content. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. These third parties, not Omnivia Academy, are responsible for their own services.
7. YouTube Data API Disclosure
Omnivia Academy uses the YouTube Data API. When you interact with YouTube features on our platform, your data and activity are governed by Google’s Privacy Policy, available at https://policies.google.com/privacy. Our access to and use of the YouTube API is subject to the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and we do not use the API to access or collect any YouTube data beyond what is necessary to provide our educational features.

All content on Omnivia Academy—including lessons, text, graphics, logos, and software—is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Limited rights of use are granted solely as described in these Terms.
9. Fees & Payments
Some features or courses may require payment. Fees, billing, and refund terms are presented at the point of purchase. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
10. Disclaimers
Omnivia Academy is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omnivia Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ends immediately. You may stop using the platform at any time.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date below. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
